1. Go to wichealth.org
2. Click ‘Sign Up’.
3. Create an account.
   State: Iowa
   County: Polk, Dallas, Madison, or Warren
   Clinic Location: Choose home clinic
4. Enter your Family ID Number.
   Ask your local WIC office for your Family ID number. This is not the number on your WIC card.
5. Create a Username and Password.
6. Enter your email.
7. Select a security question.
8. Create a profile.

WIC SHOPPER APP

1. Go to your WIC Shopper app main screen
2. Click on the WICHealth.org icon
3. Click on the 3 lines in the top right corner of the screen
4. Click ‘Sign Up’.
5. Create an account.
