Nutrition Education Online

You can complete WIC nutrition education appointments on your own time and from the comfort of your home. Click on this link for more information: What is wichealth? 

SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Go to wichealth.org
  2. Click ‘Sign Up’.
  3. Create an account.
    State: Iowa
    County: Polk, Dallas, Madison, or Warren
    Clinic Location: Choose home clinic
  4. Enter your Family ID Number.
    Ask your local WIC office for your Family ID number. This is not the number on your WIC card.
  5. Create a Username and Password.
  6. Enter your email.
  7. Select a security question.
  8. Create a profile.

COMPLETE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  1. Login to your wichealth.org account.
  2. Click ‘Start Lesson’.
  3. Choose one of the seven topics.
  4. Pick a lesson.
  5. Complete lesson.
  6. Fill out the survey.
  7. Click ‘Submit’.
  8. Receive future WIC benefits.
