You can complete WIC nutrition education appointments on your own time and from the comfort of your home.

Go to wichealth.org
Click ‘Sign Up’.
Create an account.
State: Iowa
County: Polk or Dallas
Clinic Location: Choose home clinic
Enter your Family ID Number.
Ask your local WIC office for your Family ID number. This is not the number on your WIC card.
Create a Username and Password.
Enter your email.
Select a security question.
Create a profile.
